Refund policy

There is unfortunately no return policy at Tiny Treasures. Instead, every single item goes through a 3 step check. 

The first check happens at the moment when we purchase it. 

The second is when we post it on the website.

And, the last one, is right before the item is being sent to the customer.

If, by mistake, you purchased an item and we see an imprefection that wasn't mentioned before your purchase, we will send a complete refund for that item, and we will still send it to you.

Lastly, if you get an item that you are not satisfied with, just write us a message on Instagram @FriperieTinyTreasures with a picture, and if everything checks out we will send a full refund for that item.
